Fixed price / Two to three weeks

Product Clarity Sprint

A prioritised 90-day roadmap your team can start on Monday.

Who this is for

You have a product, a backlog and a team, and the feeling that the roadmap is a list of everybody's wishes rather than a plan. Or you are about to commit budget and want to know what the next quarter should actually contain before it starts.

Price
7,500 €

fixed, net plus VAT. One fixed price, one roadmap.

What happens

  1. Week 1Access and listening. I read what exists (backlog, specs, analytics, decision history), sit in your rituals and talk to the people who ship and the people who sell. Eight to twelve conversations, each thirty to forty-five minutes.
  2. Week 2Structure. The product area gets a map: what it is for, who uses it, where it breaks, what is in flight and why. Open questions get answered with data where data exists and with a working session where it does not.
  3. Week 3The plan. A 90-day roadmap with release scope, a prioritised backlog for the first four weeks, and the decisions that had been open written down with their rationale. Presented to the team and to whoever signs the budget, in one session.

What you get

  • A written product map of the area: purpose, users, flows, systems, known problems.
  • A 90-day roadmap, release-scoped, with the reasoning next to every item.
  • A prioritised, groomed backlog for the first four weeks, in your tool.
  • A decision log of what was open and how it was settled.
  • A one-page summary for the board or the sponsor.

Terms

Retainers run for a minimum of three months. A six-month commitment reduces the rate by 8 percent, quarterly prepayment by 5 percent. All figures net, plus VAT. Access to your tools and documents from day one is part of the agreement, as is the weekly written check-in. Days are spread across the month, in your cadence.

FAQ

Questions that come up on the first call.

Can the sprint run on an area I would later hire you for?

Yes, and that is the common path. The sprint is the entry point; if a retainer follows, the first month builds on the roadmap instead of starting over.

Do you need full access?

Read access to your backlog tool, analytics, documentation and the codebase (read only), plus calendar time with the team. Access in week one is part of the agreement.

What if there is no backlog yet?

Then the sprint produces one. It works just as well on an idea with a founder and two engineers as on an enterprise programme.

Not sure Product Clarity Sprint is the right size?

Thirty minutes and you will know. Bring the product area that keeps slipping.
